ANFI - Hummingbird Partnership

ANFI together with the EEG Learn and the Hummingbird Centre has created a partnership in organising webinars dedicated to new approaches in applied neuroscience. This platform will feature experts in their fields who will share their knowledge and experience with us.

The following topics will be discussed:

The Hummingbird Centre

including: Psychiatrists, Paediatricians, Psychologists, Social Workers, Occupational
Therapists, Yoga Teachers and Administrative Support staff who help adults, children, teenagers and families to create positive changes in their lives.

At The Hummingbird Centre, all clinicians are trauma and attachment – informed practitioners. In addition to traditional talk-therapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Schema Therapy, they provide additional services such as group programs, Neurofeedback, The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Heart Rate Variability (HRV), Trauma Sensitive Trauma Centre Yoga (TCTSY), Attachment Therapy, Parenting Support, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

In addition to therapy services, the Hummingbird Centre also provides training and support services to professionals and organisations to advance their skills and understanding in providing mental health services.

We had a pleasure of having Jay Gunkelman, QEEG Diplomate who shared his wast experience in analysing EEGs and Sebern Fisher renowned trauma therapist and neurofeedback practitioner.
