Over the years, ANFI has offered a wide variety of workshops and lectures to diverse audiences.

We offer customized sessions for government agencies and private clinics who offer services to clients affected by trauma and other mental health issues.


We also offer workshops on self-care for the first-responders (i.e. firefighters, police officers and ambulance drivers) and mental health professionals who are working with trauma survivors.

ANFI also offers workshops on self-care and peek-performance to people in business industry.
